Sheffield Liberal Democrats - Thank You
Liberal Democrats win control of Sheffield City Council
|
After a great campaign and result for the Liberal Democrats I would like to thank everyone who voted in Sheffield's local elections. We made gains from Labour and the Conservatives, giving us six new Councillors and a clear majority on the Council. That means we can start to deliver on the programme that the people of Sheffield endorsed on May 1st.
We feel humbled and honoured to be given this opportunity and we are determined to change Sheffield for the better.
Councillor Paul Scriven, Leader of the Liberal Democrat Group on Sheffield City Council.

They will make decisions about how much of the £50,000 is allocated between parks, libraries, and street cleaning, and how it will be spent via their local area panel.
